Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may only register an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in your place of residence, whichever is higher. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Australian context: Australian residents must be aware that local laws (including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth)) may restrict access to certain online gambling services. Access to the Website from Australia may be blocked by Australian ISPs pursuant to ACMA directions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable Australian laws when accessing the Website from Australia.
- Single account: Each Player may hold only one Account. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing at least your full name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, chosen password and any other information requested by the Operator.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address through a confirmation link sent to you. The Operator may restrict or suspend your ability to deposit, wager or withdraw until verification is completed.
- Truthfulness of data: All information you provide must be accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to notify the Operator promptly of any changes to your details.
- Username and password: You must choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
KYC and Verification
- Identity verification: The Operator may at any time request KYC documents, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and evidence of ownership of payment methods used (such as bank card or e-wallet screenshots).
- Timing: Verification may be requested upon registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any time at the Operator's discretion to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.
- Consequences of non-compliance: Failure to provide complete and genuine KYC information and documents may result in suspension or closure of your Account, cancellation of bets and forfeiture of bonuses and/or winnings, subject to applicable law.
User Obligations
- Compliance: You must use the Services only in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any rules specific to individual games or promotions.
- Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not allow any third party to use your Account or access the Website on your behalf.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Rules
- Availability of games: The Operator provides casino games through third-party software suppliers (including, without limitation, via aggregators such as SoftSwiss Game Aggregator). Game rules are set by the relevant supplier and displayed within each game. By placing a Bet, you accept the applicable game rules.
- Real money and bonus funds: Bets may be placed using real money and, where permitted, bonus funds. The order in which balances are used (cash first or bonus first) is specified in the bonus or promotion terms.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for checking limits before placing a Bet.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted when it has been recorded on the Operator's servers. Once accepted, a Bet may not normally be cancelled or changed by the Player.
Bet Cancellations and Errors
- Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest error, malfunction, misconfiguration, or other technical issue that clearly results in incorrect odds, payouts, game behaviour or crediting of funds, the Operator reserves the right to void affected Bets and adjust your Account to the correct balance that would have existed absent the error.
- Game interruptions: If your gaming session is interrupted due to a system failure, network interruption or similar technical issue, the game outcome recorded on the Operator's servers shall be final. Incomplete games may be restored when you log back in, where supported by the game provider.
- Disputes: If you dispute a game result or Bet settlement, you must notify the Operator as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 30 days after the disputed event, providing all relevant details and screenshots where possible.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: When participating in live casino games and chat facilities, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other Players. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in fraudulent activity, collusion with other Players, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots, automated systems or any unfair strategy intended to gain an illegitimate advantage.
- Monitoring and sanctions: The Operator reserves the right to monitor gameplay and chat activity. Breaches of these rules may result in chat restrictions, cancellation of Bets, confiscation of funds, and suspension or closure of your Account.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Acceptance of terms: By claiming or accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms in addition to the specific promotional terms published on the Website and any game-specific rules.
- Eligibility: Certain promotions may be restricted to Players from particular countries or regions, to new or existing Players, or to specific payment methods. Eligibility conditions will be stated in the relevant promotion.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses are credited in accordance with the specific offer conditions, such as after a qualifying deposit or entry of a bonus code. The Operator may refuse to grant a Bonus or may remove a Bonus if misuse is suspected.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering: Unless otherwise stated, deposit-match and similar Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (for example, 40x the bonus amount) will be specified for each promotion.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games or certain slots may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates will be specified in the promotion or the general bonus policy.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer (for example, within 14 days from activation). Unused Bonuses and any winnings from them may be forfeited after expiry.
Maximum Bets and Prohibited Actions
- Maximum bet with bonus funds: When wagering an active Bonus, you must not exceed the maximum bet amount per spin or game round set out in the bonus rules. Bets exceeding this limit before completion of wagering may be deemed a breach and may result in confiscation of the Bonus and any related winnings.
- Irregular play: The following may be treated as irregular play in connection with Bonuses, including but not limited to:
- placing single or multiple Bets that constitute a significant proportion of the Bonus and/or deposit balance for the purpose of quickly increasing balance;
- systematic low-risk betting, hedging or "safe" bets covering most outcomes of a single game round;
- deliberately delaying game rounds or bonus features (including free spins or bonus games) until wagering requirements have been met or until playing without an active Bonus;
- using strategies that rely on game errors or exploitable features.
- Consequences: Where the Operator reasonably determines that irregular play or Bonus abuse has occurred, it may remove the Bonus, cancel associated winnings and, where appropriate, close the Account.
Combining Promotions
- One active Bonus: Unless expressly allowed, only one active deposit Bonus may be used at any given time. Attempting to combine multiple Bonuses or promotions contrary to the rules may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
- Cashback and loyalty rewards: Loyalty points, VIP rewards or cashback offers may be subject to separate conditions and may or may not be subject to wagering, as specified in the relevant terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies, subject to availability in your region and to the Operator's policies. Strukin Ltd in Cyprus may act as payment agent for certain transactions.
- Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the Website or within the cashier interface and may differ by payment method and Player status.
- Fees: The Operator generally does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider or crypto exchange may impose their own fees or currency conversion charges, for which the Operator is not responsible.
- Source of funds: You must only use payment instruments held in your own name and funded from lawful sources. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and source of funds.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are usually processed via the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If this is not feasible, an alternative method may be offered at the Operator's discretion, subject to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, usually within a few business days, subject to completion of KYC checks. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider and may take longer.
- Limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, per week or per month. Such limits are stated on the Website or in the cashier section.
- KYC condition: The Operator may require successful completion of verification before approving a withdrawal. Failure to cooperate may lead to cancellation or delay of withdrawal requests.
Refunds and Reversals
- No credit or financing: The Operator does not provide credit to Players. You must not attempt to reverse or charge back a deposit transaction after using the funds for betting.
- Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: As a rule, Bets already accepted and processed cannot be cancelled or refunded. In exceptional circumstances (such as technical malfunctions or manifest errors), the Operator may void Bets or adjust balances to correct errors. Where a Bonus is removed due to breach of Bonus Terms, any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback or similar reversal is initiated on a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel all Bets and Bonuses, recover any winnings resulting from chargeback-related activity and, if necessary, engage collection agencies or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that all games offered on the Website operate fairly and in accordance with the rules provided by the respective game suppliers. Random number generators used in games are intended to ensure random outcomes.
- Accuracy of records: The Operator maintains records of all transactions, Bets and game outcomes. In the event of discrepancies between your records and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be conclusive evidence.
Exclusions of Liability

- hardware or software failures, system errors, server downtime, network interruptions or connectivity issues, whether on your side or the Operator's;
- bugs, glitches or malfunctions in third-party software used to provide the games;
- viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks or other harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, programmes or data as a result of your use of the Website.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if foreseeable.
- Legal status in Australia: You acknowledge that the Services are offered from offshore under a Curaçao licence and that Australian authorities, including ACMA, may seek to block access to the Website. The Operator is not liable for any consequences arising from such regulatory actions or from your decision to access the Website from within Australia.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on liability: Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Bet, game round or use of the Services shall not exceed the higher of:
- the amount of the Bet or game round in dispute; or
- the available balance in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
- Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any non-excludable rights you may have under Australian consumer protection laws if and to the extent such laws apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
